Charter Flights Sized to Your Trip

Most trips fit one of five aircraft classes. A turboprop or light jet suits two to six passengers on a regional hop. Midsize, super-midsize and heavy jets add cabin room, range and baggage space for longer flights or bigger groups. If your dates are flexible, ask about empty leg flights, where an aircraft already flying your way needs passengers.

    Turboprop Charter

Six to eight seats, short runways and lower hourly cost, a good fit for regional trips under a few hours.

  • Traveler pulling a rolling suitcase toward a white business jet with T-tail, rear engines and open airstair door on an airport ramp, tree line and hills behind

    Light Jet Charter

Fast, efficient jets for small groups on trips of a few hours, priced one way with an all-inclusive quote and photos of the actual aircraft.

  • Midsize Jet Charter

Room for seven to nine passengers, a real lavatory and the range for long nonstop trips, priced one way with no round trip markup.

  • Super-Midsize Jet Charter

Room for a bigger group, a cabin you can stand in and the range to cross the country nonstop, priced point to point with one all-inclusive quote.

  • Heavy Jet Charter

Large-cabin jets for groups of a dozen or more and long nonstop trips, quoted point to point with the full price up front.

  • Empty Leg Flights

One-way private flights on jets that are already repositioning, quoted all-in and shown to you in photos before you commit.

From First Call to Takeoff

A booking usually needs one call and a quick check-in after. This is how it goes.

  1. 1

    Share your plans

Phone us with your destination, dates, headcount and a rough idea of the luggage. Let us know about pets or any need to work on board.

  2. 2

    We find and present options

We look through open aircraft and operators, then go over what we found with you, line by line on the quote. When an empty leg matches, we point it out.

  3. 3

    You say yes

When the aircraft and price suit you, we book the flight and send the departure details, with the FBO address and the time to arrive.

  4. 4

    Day of travel

Drive up to the FBO, bypass the terminal and step aboard. The crew takes your bags and shows you around the cabin. You can reach us by phone all day.

A Charter Office Close By

We are a small charter company in Edinburgh, Indiana. We work from our office and by phone or video, so you can sort out a trip without driving anywhere. Our customers are business travelers, families heading somewhere for a long weekend, and companies that need to move a group fast.

Booking private flights should not be hard. Quotes should not leave things out, and the aircraft that shows up should match the one you were shown. So we show you what we found and what we booked, with photos at each step, and we put every cost on the page.

What Goes Into a Charter Price

Each charter gets its own price. Two trips of equal length can cost different amounts depending on where the aircraft is parked and the dates you pick. These are the main drivers.

Once we know your route, dates and headcount, we put together your all-inclusive quote over the phone. Unless you change the trip, that figure is what you pay.

Size of the aircraft
Running a turboprop costs less per hour than running a heavy jet. We size the aircraft to your group and luggage so you don't pay for empty seats.
Route and hours flown
A longer trip uses more fuel and more crew time. On long routes a fuel stop adds fees and minutes, so an aircraft's range counts as much as the miles.
Where the aircraft is based
When the closest open jet must fly in from elsewhere, that repositioning can appear in your price. We check for aircraft based near your departure first.
Travel dates
Holidays and major event weekends fill up quickly. The earlier you book, the more aircraft you can usually pick from.
Crew waiting and overnights
When the crew waits for you or stays the night before flying you back, lodging and daily crew fees are added. We list them in advance.

How We Handle Your Trip

We do the searching and checking, then show you everything we found. Nothing gets booked until you have reviewed it.

Photos of the plane you'll fly

Before you confirm, we send pictures of the specific aircraft, not a sample of the model. You see the cabin, the seats and the luggage space. If it isn't right, we look again.

One figure, every cost listed

Our all-inclusive quotes break out fuel, crew, airport and FBO fees, and taxes line by line. No hidden charges appear after you land.

You pay for the flight you fly

We price point to point, so a one-way flight is never charged as a round trip. You sign no long term commitment and fund no prepaid account.

Someone answers at any hour

We answer the phone 24/7. If you need to fly on short notice, we give you a straight answer on what is available and what it costs.

Pets and Wi-Fi when you ask

Pets are welcome on board, and if you want to work in the air, we can book a WIFI equipped aircraft.

Questions People Ask Before They Book

How much is a private jet charter?

It depends on the aircraft, the flight time, where the plane is parked and your travel dates. We have no rate sheet. Call us with your trip and we will give you an all-inclusive quote with each cost listed separately.

Do I pay for a return leg on a one-way trip?

No. We price point to point, so round trip pricing never applies to a one-way flight. If an empty leg happens to be going your way, the cost can drop further.

What happens if the plane has a mechanical problem?

If a mechanical issue keeps the aircraft on the ground, we start lining up another flight for you, and our mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost.

How fast can I get a flight booked?

We answer the phone 24/7, and short-notice trips are routine for us. Timing comes down to which aircraft and crews are open. We tell you honestly what we find.

Can I bring my dog or cat?

Yes, pets are welcome. Let us know how many and their size when you call, and we pick an aircraft and operator that can take them.

Will I have Wi-Fi on board?

We can book WIFI equipped aircraft. Tell us if you need it for work or video calls, and we confirm it on your plane before you commit.

Do I need to sign up for anything first?

No. There are no long term commitments and no account to fund. You book one trip, pay for it, and call us again when you need another.
